A 42-year-old North Bay man is facing charges after an incident on Lakeshore Drive yesterday.
City police say around 4:00 p.m., they got a report saying the accused was yelling at and following two victims.
Officials say the two entered a Lakeshore Dr. restaurant, and the accused followed them in, threatened them and displayed a weapon before leaving.
The Emergency Response Team was deployed before the accused was located and arrested at about 6:30 p.m. the same day.
He was held pending a bail hearing.
