The OPP is asking for the public’s help after five dead puppies were found in Chisholm Township.
Officers with the North Bay Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police responded to a complaint on June 14 about a smaller white vehicle on Memorial Park Drive that discarded a suspicious bag into Chisholm Creek.
Police say the bag later floated to shore with five dead puppies inside.
