The usual statutory holiday closures are in effect on Monday for Canada Day.
Most government offices and retail outlets will be closed.
In North Bay, city hall, the landfill and recycling depot are all closed and there won’t be any transit service on Canada Day.
There’s also no garbage and recycling pick-up on Monday. It’s being delayed a day next week. Â
