A 29-year-old North Bay man is facing a slew of charges after a lengthy police investigation.
That’s according to the North Bay Police Service who says in 2022, the accused procured and provided illegal drugs to victims and then performed sexual offences on or with them.
The service says in one incident, it also resulted in a victim’s overdose death.
- One count of Manslaughter
- Fourteen Counts of Trafficking Schedule I substance
- Two Counts of Sexual Assault
- Two Counts of Invitation to Sexual Touching
- One count of Voyeurism
- Three Counts of Householder Permitting Sexual Activity
- Eight Counts of Fail to Comply with Prohibition Order Regarding Children
- One count of Make Child Pornography
- One count of Possess Child Pornography
The accused remains in custody pending another court appearance at the North Bay Courthouse.
