(Update 11:45 am) Both Ontario 511 and the OPP reported the northbound lanes of Highway 11 are back open from Clark Street in Powassan to Highway 654 in Callander.
The northbound lanes were closed for over six hours after a collision at about 4:45 am Thursday.
A listener earlier reported a transport truck was on its side.
