The roadway was closed earlier because of a collision.
Nipissing-Parry Sound Student Transportation Services said because of the earlier closure they were unable to service impacted routes from Redbridge to Thorne.
Buses, meantime, are cancelled in Mattawa and West Nipissing today (Dec. 17).
Schools remain open.
