The North Bay-Mattawa Conservation Authority has closed a portion of the Kinsmen Trail behind the Chippewa Secondary School due to a sinkhole.
Trail users will have to take a detour by following Chippewa Street West in front of the high school between High Street and the north parking lot of the school.
Barricades and detour signs have been put in place, and work on repairing the trail is expected to begin in the next couple of days.
