North Bay Police have arrested a 69-year-old North Bay man after an investigation.
Police received a call on August 23rd about a potential sexual assault.
According to police, between July 3rd and August 23rd while the man was taking care of a child in a public park and in his residence, he touched the child inappropriately.
He was arrested on August 25th, and has a court date set for October 11th.
