North Bay Police have arrested a 28-year-old North Bay man following an incident at the Regional Hospital.
Yesterday morning, police were called to the hospital to deal with an “unruly visitor.”
According to police, when the man entered the hospital, he headed towards the emergency room doors and laid down on his back, blocking the doorway and causing a scene. Security personnel responded to the disturbance, and a security guard was assaulted and suffered minor injuries.
The man was arrested by police when they arrived on the scene, and was held in custody for a bail hearing.
