North Bay Police charged James Larry Boucher on Thursday with an additional two counts of sexual assault, one count of choking and two counts of breach of probation involving unrelated incidents dating back to 2016. Boucher was originally arrested by police in relation to an incident that happened on June 24th and charged him with one count of sexual assault.
He was at a local licensed establishment where he came into contact with a woman. Police say he sexually assaulted her shortly after they left the establishment. North Bay Police believe that there may be other victims in the community, as Boucher is known to frequent local licenced establishments. He’s currently in custody and is awaiting a bail hearing today.
