Some more upsetting weather news… with 15 days until Spring, the weather network has released their spring outlook weather predictions. Next week, Ontario and Quebec are expected to have colder than normal temperatures. Late March and early April will continue to see cool temperatures with above average precipitation. This, while parts of Canada are still in the midst of their coldest winter in 20 years.
