Canadore Students’ Council is reporting a successful Shinerama campaign.
The annual Shinerama campaign is held during Canadore Students’ Council’s Frosh Week and raised over $2,300 in support of Cystic Fibrosis.
Despite the rain and cooler temperatures, Canadore College students and frosh leaders braved the inclement weather and were out washing cars and collecting money in support of Cystic Fibrosis research earlier this month.
Canadore Shinerama 2019 participating locations and funds raised were as follows:
- Boston Pizza $469.58
- Staples $496.83
- Hoppers Pontiac Buick $575.78
- Parker’s Independent Grocers $467.08
- The Voyageur Inn $328.08
- Online Donation $10.00
- Grand total $2342.35
