Early Thursday morning, an alarm was set off at a business in the area around McKeown and Cartier Street.
Once police arrived, they were able to arrest a 41-year-old man from North Bay near the business. He has since been charged with:
- One count of Break and Enter Theft
- One count of Disguise with Intent
- One count of Possession Break In Instruments
- Three counts of Possession of a Scheduled Substance
- One Count of Breach of Recognizance
The police found a small amount of cash that was returned to the business. Police also found on the man:
- A face mask
- A large screwdriver and a chisel.
- Two grams of suspected cocaine
- One gram of suspected Crystal Methamphetamine
- One gram of suspected Purple Fentanyl
The man has been held for a bail hearing at the North Bay Courthouse.
