A 32-year-old woman is facing a dozen charges after a vehicle was allegedly stolen and police gave chase last week.
The North Bay Police Service responded to a vehicle theft at Fisher Street Business around 10 pm on Friday, November 26th.
Police report the vehicle was travelling at a high rate of speed before stopping in a parking lot of a Lakeshore Drive business.
That’s where it’s alleged a police cruiser and another vehicle were stuck as the vehicle fled the scene.

Police pursued the vehicle for a short time and witnessed the vehicle drive into a ditch on Highway 654.
Charges include theft of a vehicle, impaired and flight from a peace officer.
The woman is being held in custody awaiting a bail hearing at the North Bay Courthouse.
