Several items involving more than 90 new housing units in North Bay are on the agenda Monday night at Council.
One public meeting on the committee file includes a two-storey apartment building with 24 residential units.
That’s on the 400 block of Lakeshore Drive.
Two more public meetings involve three residential lots each on Ross Drive, off Highway 17 East, by Trout Lake.
A recommendation to remove a holding zone on a Brookes Street proposal is also coming to Council.
That project involves 41 units on part of the former MacDougall Public School site.
A staff report says third-party consultants completed three studies, with no concerns around traffic, noise and acoustics and service capacity.
Council will also be voting on a 12-unit plan of condominium on Golf Club Road.
Another report involves a pre-servicing agreement for 13 lots as part of the Angela Court Subdivision, which is off Ski Club Road.
