Tim Hortons says $884,000 was raised nationally through the sale of Special Olympics Donuts this year.
100 per cent of the proceeds are supporting athletes participating in Special Olympics programs and help them access more opportunities to reach their full potential in sport and life.
The North Bay Police Service partnered with Special Olympics Canada for the “Choose to Include” campaign, Feb. 2-4, with officers assisting at several local Tim Horton’s outlets.
