The Almaguin Highlands Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) says a recent homicide investigation has led to an arrest.
The OPP says the body of a 34-year-old North Bay man was located on November 21 in the area of Kirkpatrick’s Road and Highway 124, with his death deemed a homicide.
Police report a 32-year-old Emsdale resident has been arrested and charged with first degree murder.
The accused remains in custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Parry Sound on December 2.
