An investigation has led to fraud and theft charges for a 60-year-old North Bay man with city police also issuing a warrant for a man from Sturgeon Falls.
The North Bay Police Service says between June and October 2023 two employees of a city business accepted cash payments for work and sold items for cash without their employers’ knowledge.
Police say the business lost about $9,000 in cash and approximately $17,000 in parts and labour.
A city man is facing 11 charges while a warrant has been issued for a Sturgeon Falls man on 19 counts.
