A North Bay resident has been charged with several weapons-related counts after provincial police were called to a disturbance at a Parry Sound hotel.
The West Parry Sound OPP says the incident happened on Dec. 29.
They say when officers arrived a person fled on foot but was taken into custody shortly after.
A 28-year-old from North Bay faces four charges, including possession of a loaded, prohibited or restricted firearm and possession of break in instruments.
The accused was held for bail at the Ontario Court of Justice in Parry Sound and is scheduled to appear on January 6, 2025.
