Thanks to the weekend full of rain, The City of North Bay has lifted its Open Air Burning ban.
That means that residents can now have camp fires and use backyard fire pits.
However, North Bay Fire and Emergency Services encourage residents to continue to use caution when burning.
Residents are reminded that a permit for all open burning is required.
West Nipissing, Nipissing Township and Callander all lifted their bans this morning.
