A 33 year old man from Spanish, Ontario has been arrested by North Bay Police following an incident at North Bay City Hall yesterday afternoon.
According to police, the man entered city hall and threatened an employee. She called the police immediately, believing she and others were at risk.
The police arrived quickly, and arrested the man on site. City Hall was temporarily closed to the public during this time.
After a search, police found the man was carrying a rock inside a sock. He was held in custody, pending a bail hearing.
