A 65-year-old North Bay woman has been arrested by North Bay police following an investigation into domestic-related incidents.
According to police, on Saturday the woman assaulted her partner at their residence, and later hit him with a broom. Prior to this incident, the woman had apparently threatened her partner on occasion and handcuffed him to the bed while he was sleeping.
He suffered non-life-threatening injuries as a result of these incidents. The woman was held in custody for a bail hearing.
