A 26-year-old man from Richmond Hill has been arrested by the North Bay Ontario Provincial Police after an investigation into potential impaired driving.
According to police, a member of the North Bay OPP detachment was on Highway 11 on September 4th, when a vehicle passed the cruiser going over the speed limit.
The vehicle was stopped by police and, upon further investigation, the driver, found to be driving with more than 80 milligrams of alcohol in his blood.
He was released from custody and is to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in North Bay on September 13th.
