The North Bay Police Service is asking the public to help with its search for a wanted person.
Police are looking for 26-year-old Cameron Lawrence Robert Trodd of North Bay who is wanted for:
- Robbery using firearm
- Possession of a firearm while prohibited
- Break and enter
- Assault with a weapon
- Assault causing bodily harm
- Disobey Court Order (4 counts)
Trodd is described as 5’10”, 163 lbs, thin build, brown eyes, short black hair, clean-shaven with a scar on his right hand. Police are considering him armed and dangerous.
On Saturday, police believe Trodd was involved in both an armed robbery at a home in the Percy Street area around 3pm and a home invasion at an apartment building in the 300 block of Main Street East at approximately 11:45 p.m.
Detectives are also searching for four other suspects:
- Male, Caucasian, unknown age, average height, medium build, wearing a black hoodie with a large light coloured pattern on the front of it, dark pants and footwear and a white bandage on his left hand.
- Male, Caucasian, unknown age, tall, thin build, short dark hair, wearing a grey zippered hoodie over top of a white shirt, dark camouflaged pattern pants and carrying a dark backpack.
- Female, Caucasian, unknown age, medium build, wearing a black hoodie, black pants and footwear with white trim
- Female, Caucasian, unknown age, thin build, wearing a dark zippered jacket with a hood, dark pants and footwear.
Two of the suspects fled in a dark-coloured Ford F150 4 door Crew Cab with a metal back rack attached to the rear window.
One of the male suspects sustained injuries as a result of the incident.
The unidentified suspects should be considered dangerous.
Officers urge anyone who may have security camera video, including dashcam video in the areas of Percy Street and Main Street East at the time of the alleged incidents to contact police.
