New storm sewers and sidewalks are being installed on Glenwood Road and Parkwood Drive.
The City of North Bay Roads Department says the work starts Monday and is part of a multi-year project.
Officials say the work, which is expected to take 10 weeks to complete, was deferred in 2020 due to the pandemic.
The project starts on Glenwood Road between the cul-de-sac and Oakwood Avenue and continues on Parkwood Drive from Glenwood to the curve towards Maplegrove Drive.
The remainder of the construction to Tackaberry Drive will resume in 2022.
